Richmond is the wealthiest borough of Superior City. Home to the captains of industry and wealthy engineers from the city's high-tech community, Richmond is where the upper-class live and play.
Shell Beach is a quiet residential neighborhood. As the name implies, there are beaches, and expensive beachfront housing belongs to the city's wealthier citizens. There are several estates and mansions belonging to the city's nouveau-rich (and a few organized crime leaders) and the area is also home to the Superior City Marina and Yacht Club. The Wilde Family estate is located in Shell Beach.
Bristol is the home of people not quite rich enough or unwilling to afford a place in Shell Beach. The area is dominated by expensive houses and condominiums and, thanks to reams of private security, is one of the safest areas in the city. Bristol is also the location of several exclusive and expensive boutiques. George (Aegis) Grey owns a condo in Bristol.
The elite of Superior City live in Bristol and Shell Beach, they relax in Hunter's Gate. While there are a few wealthy estates, the majority of Hunter's Gate is made up of numerous golf and country clubs with varying degrees of exclusivity.
